After seven years, the Texas Flange product catalog has a new edition. Version 5.1 is now available to download, save, and share — free of charge, like every edition before it. If you want a hard copy on your desk, let us know and we will ship one.
This release is the first step in a larger update. A complete, expanded edition is in the works and will follow. Version 5.1 brings the existing catalog up to a modern standard so engineers, buyers, and fabricators can use it the way they actually work today — searched, copied, pasted, and referenced inside whatever spec document or quote sheet they live in.
What Changed in Version 5.1
A refreshed design across all 80 pages. Every page has been redrawn to a cleaner, more consistent layout. Same depth of reference material, easier to scan, easier to print.
ASME B16.47 large-diameter tables rebuilt as native digital text. The Series A and Series B tables — Class 75 through Class 900, Weld Neck and Blind — were flat scanned images in version 5.00. In 5.1 they are native, selectable, searchable text. Engineers and buyers can finally Ctrl+F a dimension, copy a row into a quote, or paste a value straight into a CAD note. No more squinting at a scanned table or retyping a number from a JPEG.
What Did Not Change
The engineering data is identical to version 5.00. Every dimension, weight, and drilling specification matches the prior edition exactly. We did not add product lines, we did not change sizes, and we did not revise any of the underlying tables. If you have been quoting against version 5.00, every number you have used is still the right number — it just looks better and behaves like a real digital document now.
Why This Release Now
Version 5.00 served the industry well for seven years. In that time, the way engineers and procurement teams use a reference catalog has changed. Most of our customers no longer print a catalog and flip through it — they search inside the PDF, copy figures into specs, and drop dimensions into RFQs. A scanned B16.47 table broke that workflow on the exact pages where buyers needed it most.
Version 5.1 fixes that, and sets the foundation for the full expanded edition that is coming next. We will announce the complete edition here when it is ready.
