Inconel & Super Duplex Flanges

Need Inconel or super duplex flanges without waiting months to clear import customs? Texas Flange stocks and ships high-alloy flanges from the Greater Houston area, and has since 1986. If you have been chasing quotes from overseas mills with long lead times and tariff headaches, this is the domestic alternative.

High-Alloy Flange Grades We Carry

We supply these to ASME B16.5 (1/2" through 24") and ASME B16.47 Series A and B (26" and up), in raised face, RTJ, and flat face, and in weld neck, blind, slip-on, socket weld, lap joint, and threaded configurations. Flanges up to 12" NPS are held in approved domestic stock, with larger sizes USA-manufactured on a made-to-order basis as required.

Inconel 625

UNS N06625

ASTM B564 / ASME SB564

Nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy. Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and a wide range of aggressive media across a broad temperature range.

Inconel 718

UNS N07718

ASTM B564 / ASME SB564

Age-hardenable nickel alloy with high strength for demanding high-pressure and elevated-temperature service.

Incoloy 825

UNS N08825

ASTM B564 / ASME SB564

Nickel-iron-chromium with molybdenum and copper. Strong performer in sulfuric and phosphoric acids and sour environments.

Super Duplex 2507

UNS S32750 (ASTM A182 F53)

ASTM A182 / ASME SA182

PREN above 40. High strength and outstanding resistance to chloride stress-corrosion cracking. A workhorse for offshore, seawater, and chemical service.

Super Duplex S32760 (Zeron 100)

UNS S32760 (ASTM A182 F55)

ASTM A182 / ASME SA182

Super duplex grade with excellent corrosion resistance and toughness, widely specified for seawater and topside process piping.

Duplex 2205

UNS S31803 / S32205 (F51 / F60)

ASTM A182 / ASME SA182

The standard-duty duplex grade. Roughly twice the strength of 316L with far better chloride SCC resistance.

Stock & Lead Times

Common sizes and classes generally ship from stock. Larger diameters and higher pressure classes are forged to order. Availability moves with size, class, and quantity, so the figures below are typical ranges. Request a quote for a confirmed lead time on your exact item.

Why Source Domestically

When your alternative is a mill halfway around the world with a long lead time and an ocean of freight between you and your turnaround date, a US source that holds stock changes the math. We carry the alloy, we hold the paper, and we ship from Houston. No customs surprises, no runaround, and domestic-manufactured parts that ensure compliance with your end user's quality requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I buy Inconel and super duplex flanges in the US?
Texas Flange stocks and ships Inconel (625, 718, Incoloy 825) and super duplex (S32750 / 2507, S32760 / Zeron 100) flanges from the Greater Houston area. We have been a direct source for pipe flanges since 1986, serving customers across the United States and internationally.
What are typical lead times on Inconel and super duplex flanges?
Common sizes and classes generally ship from stock. Larger diameters, higher pressure classes, and less common configurations are forged to order and typically run several weeks depending on size and quantity. Request a quote for a confirmed lead time on your exact item.
What super duplex grades do you carry?
Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750, ASTM A182 F53), S32760 / Zeron 100 (UNS S32760, ASTM A182 F55), and standard duplex 2205 (UNS S31803 / S32205), forged to ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47 Series A and B.
Do you provide MTRs and NACE MR0175 material?
Yes. Material Test Reports (EN 10204 3.1) ship with high-alloy orders, PMI (Positive Material Identification) is available on request, and we can supply NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliant material for sour and H2S service.
What sizes and pressure classes are available?
Standard sizes run from 1/2" through 24" under ASME B16.5, with large-diameter flanges (26" and up) under ASME B16.47 Series A and B. Pressure classes range from 150# through 2500#. Larger sizes and special configurations are available forged to order.
